
Delta Quality Systems, Inc. was founded in 1993 by John Bingman. Its
corporate mission is to provide quality and environmental management
system design and consulting services that are custom fit to meet the
many diverse needs of its clients.
Principal's Background
John Bingman
Mr. Bingman has a B.S. (Penn State 1969) and M.S. (Lehigh 1971) in Chemistry,
and has spent 30 years in the Quality field. Mr. Bingman was Director,
QA and Regulatory Affairs at J.T. Baker, Inc. from 1985 through 1993.
He successfully led the organization through ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 registration
at multiple sites. Prior to joining J.T.Baker, Mr. Bingman was Manager
of Quality Assurance at Hoffman LaRoche, Inc. for fourteen years.
Mr. Bingman is an RAB certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor, Environmental
Systems Lead Auditor and IATCA Senior Auditor, having conducted more
that two hundred quality system audits. He was involved with quality
management systems and environmental laboratory management at both organizations.
Mr. Bingman was an evening school instructor in Chemistry at Fairleigh
Dickenson University, and during his graduate work taught Freshman Chemistry
at Lehigh University. He has provided numerous seminars and programs
on TQM, Work Systems, cGMP's, the ISO 9000, QS 9000 and ISO 14000 Management
System Standards, and internal auditing. Mr. Bingman remains a student
of Quality and Environmental systems and is a member of ASQ and the
ACS.
